Who helped you find your voice?
Most of us can name someone who encouraged us to take a step we weren't sure we could take.
Someone who listened to our first attempts, offered wise feedback, prayed for us, or simply believed God could use us. Those people often have a bigger impact than they realise.
At Finding Your Voice, we've seen how transformational encouragement, mentoring, and community can be as women learn to communicate the gospel with confidence, clarity, and creativity.
We’re looking for Hub leaders and mentors.
As we expand through local Hubs across the UK in 2026, we're looking for women who would like to help create those opportunities for others.
As a Hub Leader, you'll help foster a welcoming local community where women can learn, practise, and encourage one another.
As a Mentor, you'll help participants develop their evangelistic talks and spoken word pieces through thoughtful feedback, support, and prayer.
📩 We'd love to hear from you, send us an email.
All Hub Leaders and Mentors will complete an application process and provide references.
